I cannot recommend St.John at The Yellow Halo enough. I previously worked with him in my last employment in helping them obtain a Sponsor Licence so I knew exactly who to call when my new employer mentioned they would like to obtain one also. It was less than 4 weeks from initial instruction of St.John to approval of the Sponsor Licence and I couldn’t be more grateful! St.John is amazing! He accomplished what others couldn't... He got my spousal visa when we were about to give up on the entire British system. We had applied the first time 10 years ago, but apparently my husband's birth certificate wasn't included... so I was refused my visa and was told to reapply again. ($7500 CAD each time) We waited and applied again with a UK company in 2021 (£1500 as the initial deposit)... But the company fired our agent and didn't tell us - and then allowed our application to expire, with no refund. Sigh... So by the time we met St.John, I had on the record, two failed applications over 9 years. We were looking at a 50/50 chance of success, given the track record of our previous lawyers/agents. Then we met this good man... St.John worked so hard to get every document and piece of proof of our relationship into the Home Office. He thought of, and covered every detail - asking us for dozens of documents (many that no other solicitor had ever asked for... including having our marriage certificate translated into English from Portuguese - we had gotten married in Portugal) It was St.John's hard work, and him staying on top of what was needed, that resulted in our success. After 10 years, I can finally live (full time) in the same country as my husband... Hallelujah! And as seniors, I can't tell you how grateful we both are! 🙏 Thank you so much to The Yellow Halo (UK Immigrant Solicitors) and to our representative/consultant, St.John! You are an angel on earth. 🙏

We have used The Yellow Halo,and St.John Cornwall Menzies since 2016 ,fighting for my partner to stay in UK. In 2019 our appeal was granted. Without St John I don't think things would have gone well. We are now on our way to the last renewal ,when he can then apply for ILR... Our case was particularly complicated,but St John never gave up,and fought for us !!! It is to him that we give huge thanks!! He was always available to answer questions,and had ideas to navigate the system. Please use The Yellow Halo ,I can add no more ,but a case that seemed hopeless, has had a great outcome.
